Have you been in any other guilds?: Yeah I was in Euthanasia for two weeks but I went on holiday and I forgot to tell them so I got kicked for in-activity. I was also in Syndicate for one day, I got recruited on the day they disbanded.

Thought shaman healing would be a no-brainer

Threat reduction talent is a must imo, we've had shamans overaggroing early on in the fight where tanks need to positsion etc.

Never over aggroed in a fight ever. Maybe that was just because Fex and Dreadz did amazing jobs tanking when I raided. I mean even in the one MC raid I did with syndicate nobody out aggroed the tanks. I question the need for it but if you say so...

Ontop of that my gear is only AQ20 and Zul'Gurub standard. I would only be doing as much aggro as say a full BWL/MC shaman if THEY had that talent.

The mana reduction on totems is so small anyway.
